      Flexible timings and a good incentive plan. Good management and will relocate you if you are in need of it.

      Cons

      The only thing is Flowserve does major of bussiness through distributors and hence interaction with smaller clients is limited. Otherwise it is a superb company.

      Great leadership, Excellent product range Pumps, Seals and Valves, with a great team within APAC and ANZ. Local support for Service Spare Parts and Sales, Quality range of products and excellent heritage products installed base

      Cons

      No currently able to support the Valves flow control business, currently managed by a distribution company which would really add substantially to Flowserve Value Proposition. No other negative attributes,
