good Training program high diversity and acceptance for multi- cultures salary in the average

Cons

low chances for opportunity to be in higher level or to promote due to the company huge size the ability to modify or change is hard ability to be flexible is required from your side & not from management side.

better, engineering R & D needs to be improved. new products other than valves pumps & seals needs to be in the portfolio. like hydraulics(power packs, cylinders etc) which we already have proficiency in.

Cons

needs to be revised travel policy for India employees.

- many internal opportunities, locally and internationally - Pay is average to above average - laid back work environment

Cons

- decisions can be penny-wise and pound foolish - no clue to capture market share - highly inefficient ways of doing business.
