Real opportunity to evaluate and improve current business tools and processes. Many chances to innovate at work. Good compensation and benefits. Improving work/life balance.

Cons

Some outdated software currently in place but there are plans to update in 2020! Shared services in beginning stages.

Great pay, great benefits, very good people.

Cons

No opportunities to grow even if you are a high potential candidate. Management keeps changing so do their experiments and goals. Employee focus is missing. Work culture is not per current generation.
