The CEO is a tempestuous toddler that makes impulsive and bizarre policies (such as over changing the remote work policy). He also frequently does mass layoffs at the slightest change in stock or revenue projections. The turnover here is crazy. HR had a talk in which they said they don’t have resources or advice on burnout because that’s not something they are concerned about. They also flippantly said they don’t do cost of living adjustments to salary. You also only get paid once a month. IT team is overworked. They are worked to death and then disposed of. Too little resources (people and money). Management is self interested and do not advocate for their employees. Audit team is filled with a bunch of catty egomaniacs. They are a gang of bullies.
