      Pros

      Good balance between guidance and freedom, like a startup but still more mature. Some procedures in place and relatively safe work environment, not that hectic as other startups. good salary and supportive colleagues, work mindset is also good.

      Cons

      Very spread out company, most colleagues and interactions are online, no large main office in Germany. A bit too loose introduction without a great plan on the onboarding, but I believe I got unlucky with the timing when I started.

      Pros

      Pretty good pay. Pretty good benefits. Lots of fantastic people to work with.

      Cons

      Deeply rooted in DEI initiatives (engaging in discrimination). Deeply rooted in ESG initiatives. Often poorly organized and chaotic. High turnover rate. Long hours, heavy workloads. Unlimited PTO that you feel you can never use. Lacking clear and understandable expectations and communications. Often very poor direction and conflicting information. Effective collaboration often times lacking. CEO has very poor approval (for reasons).
