      1. Good Work Life balance. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. Supportive management for any personal needs or time offs. 4. International Travels for various product / project related activities. 5. Immense knowledge and learning about the energy industry (BESS). 6. Best-in-class external trainings suitable each roles, from various reputed organizations and genuine valid certifications for the same. 7. Good Pay, Good Hike, Good Bonus! Not to forget ONTIME salary. 8. One of the best locality of the office and office space working in phenomenal. 9. Always felt included, considered, valued, appreciated & recognized, 10. Internal job and global working environment.

      1. Still a 5 years old start-up company, so lot of organizational changes. 2. Roles & responsibilities are not clear between the stakeholders in the value chain streamline. 3. Lot of challenges with contract manufacturing, supplier quality. 4. Sometime longer working hours due to global working environment. But management support remote working. 5. Some team's KPIs are irrelevant.
