      -Market leader, yet still growing -Many stretch opportunities -Small Company feel -Entrepreneurial environment

      Cons

      -Management turnover is too high -Employees can be stretched too thin with all of the different projects/initiatives going on -Communication between upper management and the rest of the workforce can be improved

      Opportunity to travel, good salary and benefits

      Cons

      Way too much adminstrative work for management level people; so much so that it took away from their value to the company. Very high rotation of personnel; especially at the senior management levels.

      Pros

      Exceptional workers get noticed easily and with corporate being local you can get some valuable exposure at that level. Cross department management gives valuable experience.

      Cons

      Constant work force reduction has left work force demoralized and fearful. New VP of Ops is destroying the company with inaction and ignorance. Leadership team seems to only care about their incentive plans and how they look to corporate. WY to much emphasis on month end and quarter end is killing profit margins
