Pros

At the beginning, there was real passion towards the mission. But I think certain roadblocks (Google them) prevented the team from keeping the momentum.

Cons

Managers were not subject matter experts, so following best practices became conversations, and real work did not get done. The health and wellbeing of employees did not appear to be a serious consideration of management.

Thank you for providing this feedback. I’ll be the first to admit, we’ve run into our fair share of roadblocks. Buiding a company can be difficult, disrupting an entire industry can be even harder. We’ve learned a lot from our mistakes and need feedback like this to continue to grow and learn.

- potential of a multimodal poc system seems infinite - management is easy to get along with - flexible hours

Cons

- healthcare is a highly regulated field, so not everything works out as originally planned
