Pros

You get time off whenever you need it as long as there enough people, if you do well, you can get a raise fast, with the right people, it’s fun and time goes by fast.

Cons

No set schedule, not always guaranteed to get your requested time off, I was told 8 months ago I would get another raise and still have not gotten that raise I was promised(I’ve been here for almost 2 year and have only gotten one raise)

Company is strong,and loosing business by the day.

Cons

They do not have a proper reporting system for harassment and bullying, pay is way to low. Some areas think that are God and can take pictures of you or treat you so bad you cry. Not best environment
