- in depth training - friendly coworkers who are always willing to answer any questions i have - warm and welcoming atmosphere -works around my college schedule!

-currently understaffed - it can get pretty warm (especially on the line) during warmer weather

Pros If you're in a tough spot financially and need steady work right away to handle your bills, the Flinn Group is a solid company to reach out to. As long as you're willing to show up and put in the work, they can help get you placed quickly with consistent hours. They've been a real lifeline for me when I needed to hold things together, and I've even been able to come back for additional assignments when needed. The staff I've worked with have been straightforward and responsive.

Cons

Cons One downside, especially for delivery driver positions, is the impact of high gas prices. With current fuel costs, it puts a real strain on both drivers (who often cover their own gas) and the employer. Any further increase would cause significant damage to take-home pay and operations. Other than that, I hope things continue to improve as the economy stabilizes.
