Pros
Never worked at a place where hard work is always rewarded. I’ve worked at many places that appreciated my hard work and pride in the job I was doing, but unfortunately didn’t have a place for me to move up. Here at Applebee’s the growth and development is as far as you want to go. This company prides itself of hospitality and it doesn’t just end with the guests it starts with the people who help run the place. I have tons of ambition and energy. I’m intelligent and wise. School wasn’t for me. But having a company helping to develop you to soar is priceless.
Cons
Stress management is necessary. I am expected to work 50 hours a week. 10 hours a day. At first it was hard, but then you get used to it. Before you know it. Sitting still is more of an issue than you standing for 10 hours.
