Pros

* Some nights you can make $30 per hour * Daily Pay feature

Cons

* Restaurant needs a really good hard cleaning * You get bored with nothing to do much of the time waiting for orders * Delivery service fee charged to customers * Need to increase the hourly pay to align with many other companies. You should be paying at least $18 per hour

Pros

Free meal, flexible schedule, simple job

Cons

Working late sometimes up to 1230am. Working all weekends and holidays. Misleading management. I was hired as a GMT and shifted between 5 different Arbys locations. Waiting for a store to open that never did. I spent a year of my life working 5 GMs inventory’s and hiring and training “while they hung a carrot” in front of my face. I had seen them do this to other employees but naively thought I was different.

Pros

It is not that hard to advance because they are desperate for people

Cons

They try to boast competitive pay, it isn't. Only the store manager gets a bonus since we have no assistant manager. Their core values and team guiding principles are a joke at best. They do not embody ANY of their "gold card values." As time progressives it is becoming harder and harder to stay at a company that has no real investment in the lives of its employees. Particularly because I was told people is one of core focuses.
