Pros

Competitive salaries and benefits. The company actually seems to care about their employees.

Cons

The company bought my area in March 2021, and I haven't been with them long enough to really assess anything negative. They're working on reworking our bonus structure, because the old one was garbage.

Pros

Pay is competitive, insurance is good, my team is a pleasure to work with.

Cons

They will dump you in a broken area (created by their previous lack of oversight for YEARS), expect you to run open units and shifts so you can’t do YOUR job, and to somehow turn around YEARS of neglect and poor processes within a matter of months, with no support and if not, they will try to replace you without coaching or documentation.
