Great co workers doing all the grunt work. Builds friendships that last forever. Diverse environment. Average to low average pay

Cons

No true structure. One person does this. Another that. Next week it’s someone else. Training is less than amicable. Favoritism shown amongst employees. Company supported drinking on Friday's in office. Rotating door in payroll and IT, probably because those employees get used and abused most and there is no structure.

If working in the restaurant you get to leave with free food. That also offered competitive pay rates.

From what I can tell corporate dose not really act on issues unless detrimental to the company
