Pros
I have been in corporate environments and casual environments as well. This has none of the negatives that you experience at either one. We work very hard and we play very hard together. The CEO tries to give us team building exercises, which helps us work as a team. The first thing you feel when you walk in, is laughter and happiness to just be here. The recruiters fight for there travelers like you would never believe. At previous recruitment firms, this was not the case. Our recruiters fight to find their people jobs and even help other recruiters in the office with their people. In other words, the family environment extends outside our corporate department. This is the first time in my adult life I look forward to coming to work. On any given day we are working out with our personal trainer (provided my focus)having lunch parties, goal celebratory trips, fun office games, celebrating birthdays and goals. You'll also notice that there is no micro managing and its a laid back environment. This is because management truly wants you to grow. Your success is theirs as well. , We are very lucky!!!

So many positions for our travelers, so we are growing and its taking time.
