Pros

I would have to say one of the biggest Pros here are the people I work with from the person sitting next to me to our CEO. Yes CEO on sight in person available all the time treats you like an equal. The culture is super fun and exciting this really is one of the best employers I have worked for. I actually enjoy coming to work everyday, not to mention all the perks and great benefits that start day one!

Cons

I have none so far they were very transparent in the interview process.

An amazing company! Its so rare to find a job who values YOU. With Focus-Staff, you are an individual, a human being, not just a money generating name on some managers reports. They take the time to get to know you, who you are, what you like, and actually care about what you do!!! Its more like a family than a workplace. We all know each other, get along and make working FUN! There are endless tools to help you succeed, and they will go above and beyond for you, always. It also helps that the Founder and CEO was a recruiter, like us! He has been in the trenches, he knows what we do on a daily and keeps his door open to literally every employee at all times. This company is a rare breed these days, and there needs to be more businesses like this one!
