      Pros

      If you work hard and work smart, you can make 6 figures easily. I tripled my salary putting in a year's worth of work after my first year. I am now making the most I've made so far. Come in, grind grind grind & make your money! The CEO is very inclusive and easy to talk to. He has an open door policy and will make sure your issues are heard.

      Cons

      The money I make is good, it overlooks any cons if there are any.

      Pros

      The culture and the compensation is unmatched anywhere else in the industry. I have the autonomy to do my job the way I want but also have a helpful team of people to lean on when I need direction. Focus also has allowed me to start a family. They truly believe in their people and have created an environment that brings out the best in everyone!

      Cons

      Growing pains are a real challenge. As a young company, Focus Staff is still figuring out a lot. I also thought the comp stepping into a management role would be a bit better.

      Focus is always zooming in on their culture, and making it a primary focus of their staff, no pun intended. The pay structure is one of the best if not the best in the industry, and you can climb the ladder and advance your career.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but Focus does their best to strive for the best.
