Not Great Not Bad

$100 weekly stipend on call

Cons

No growth, too much insider and clique groups, gotta be apart of the group to grow, HORRIBLE pay for managers and your staff. Got to watch leasing make buckets and constantly be pampered by the regional while we do everything and get nothing.

Pros

Pay, benefits, structure, work life. As long as you are doing your job you are never micromanaged.

Cons

Advancement. If you work for the company you have to stay in your current position for 6 months or more before you’re eligible for a promotion or transfer but they will fill a position with an outside hire instead of promoting within. Just seems a little strange. But it is what it is.
