      Such a great company. I truly feel lucky to work in this organization. I’m supported and given the tools needed to succeed. Great culture! Competitive pay and benefits.

      Excellent Company!

      Pros

      -competitive pay & benefits -great commission structure -start accruing vacation right away -company culture rocks -tons of opportunities for growth/promotion -everyone from corporate management to on-site teams really invest in you as an individual -Fogelman really cares!

      Cons

      -weekends are typically required to work unless you're a property manager -if you're at a community that is farther away than other properties there is far less company activities than communities that are closer to other properties

      Pros

      This is a company that really strives to push employees to grow. Everything is team oriented! In the year and a half that I have worked here, you actually know the majority of everyone in the corporate office by name(very rare nowadays). This is a company that really includes you in everything that they do. If you are full time they do offer medical benefits and 401k and that is a huge plus. Fogelman also offers PTO.
