Pros

Many opportunities for advancement. Great communication from within. Everyone is so personable that you can speak directly to anyone in home office and get feedback quickly. Extremely organized and just really the be company I have ever worked for. The owners even know you by name. There are many training opportunities and it's like a huge family. The company is also heavily involved with charities and all the properties participate in those efforts.

Cons

With any property management company, properties get sold so sometimes you can't stay with the management company unless you are able to relocate, but that's the nature of real estate.

This company is amazing. The owners care about their employees and are constantly looking for ways to improve operations and ensure that all employees feel appreciated. Great corporate support team that are willing to go above and beyond to help onsite teams. Strong training and marketing programs that they are constantly working to improve upon. A team of hard working people that love to be the best at what they do and also show true concern for people and the community.

Cons

Just as with any company there are challenges that arise with growth, but this company keeps its finger on the pulse of its employees and not only listens to feedback but strives to improve in any way they can. They add support where and when needed to ensure they can provide the small company touches even though it is constantly growing.
