      Pros

      Corporate associates are very helpful and supportive to onsite teams. Growing company which provides room for career growth. We are allowed to manage our properties, because upper management believes in the quality of the people they employ. I love that we are very interactive and feel like we are part of an organization, not just another disposable employee.

      Cons

      I am still fairly new to the company, so I do not have any cons at this time and I hope it stays this way.
