The issue with this company they purchase horrible properties most of the time with a lot of issues and they expect you to fix everything, add new things and keep the old as well as new residents happy. It always ends up being impossible because they give you a low budget and hire people for low pay to try to fix things. Nothing gets done because no one is going to go out their way to do things for these people only care about their money. They have no desire to make you rich or even stable enough to make it so don't work here if that's what your looking for.
They do nothing to make their employees want to go out there way for them but they expect so much! If you are a leasing agent, do not expect corporate to have your back for ANYTHING. They will either not return your call or take the sides of management no matter what.
