Pros

- Solid technical toolbox - Teammates were nice to work with - Good Product - Work/Life balance

Cons

They somehow managed to get my last review removed, so I'll keep it brief and objective to my experience then (2025). - Low compensation compared to industry standard esp since quota is hard to attain - Management at the time had good intentions, but there was extreme favoritism and rare 1on1s - Product is a nice-to-have, although its good - BDR's struggled to hit quota (minimal attainment team-wide) - Dial count over dial quality was the standard (spray and pray) - Bad ROE, constant stepping on toes, and lead stealing made it an awkward team environment - No room for growth as a BDR, pathways shrunk or were closed by leadership - A lot of turnover, quick PIPs - Not much diversity

Pros

Experience making a high volume of calls. Even though it wasn’t the role for me, it helped me build resilience and perseverance.

Cons

Leadership plays favorites and expectations aren’t applied evenly. Weirdest case of favoritism I’ve seen in my life. The “Teammateship” value is such a joke. It is a quantity over quality environment that burns reps out fast. Training is weak. Even when I put in the work and improved drastically, leadership avoided accountability. 1:1 sessions that were scheduled on the calendar would get no showed. There was little real coaching and no recognition unless you were a favorite. You are made to feel replaceable. I wasn’t going to make a review but I couldn’t let this slide. I’m probably forgetting something but you get the idea.
