Pros

1- good hours 2- benfits if you are fully employed 3- fun place to work most of the time unless you have bad mangers 4- look of cute girls come in

Cons

bad pay work is not fun and not challenging can be really ussy at times and carts are crazy bad

opportunity. you can make it to the top, from the bottom. great pay. great place to learn

Cons

its very fast paced. physicaly demanding. the pay scales need some adjustment from asst. customer 1st manager to customer 1st manager (i made $0.05hr more as an asst.) .05 is not a lot but its alittle backwards to make less when you get promoted. they said its still a raise to your years salary, but only because i have to work more hours, but my bonus is bigger.
