You get discounts through the union and anniversary checks

Cons

They have you around everywhere and it hard to move up ( they will give an excuse that it's a long process) then you see someone else move up first, who is lazier then you. Which the only way you move up is by knowing someone and be ready to pick side. If your a student make sure you have two hours to in between a most, you never leave on time.
