      Pros

      Food Lion is flexible and willing to work with my schedule. There are opportunities to advance if I choose to do so.

      Cons

      I really don't have anything bad to say about Food Lion. My only complaints have more to do with the socioeconomic status of the city I work in and in turn, the attitude of the customers. This is not Food Lion's fault.

      Pros

      working with employees and no thrid shift is nice. That is the only pro.

      Cons

      pay is horrible and there is not set scehdule so you never know what you will work, you can never make any plans ahead of time.

      Pros

      Not one good thing except if you work hard you will get forty hours, but you will not be considered full time.

      Cons

      No way to get promoted, no raises (other than maybe 1% a year), and the workload gets thrown on 4 or 5 people in the store. Managers sit in office (some even sleeping at times), also the way management handles situations is absolutely ridiculous.
