      Pros

      any time off you need you usually get, a few friendly customers, maybe you will run into a cool co-worker here and there.

      Cons

      store management tends to be lazy and not help employees when needed, if they even know what they're doing, constant penny pinching on employee pay, hours are constantly being cut, what few promotions are given are usually given to butt kissers, not butt busters, high employee turnover rate, bad management leads to low morale among employees leading to low enthusiasm around customers.

      Pros

      Nice people, great place to work starting off with your first job. Clean bathrooms unlike other places.

      Cons

      Mangement could be better, needs to connet with customers and employees better.

      Pros

      Good steady work if you are available to work any time of day or night and ALL weekends and holidays. Neat interaction with people (customers) of all attitudes Great to poor Time never drags (you always have more to do than time to do it in) and you never get bored Clean place to work

      Cons

      Advancement seems to be limited to medium middle magement Medium to low pay, small to no pay raises, employee give backs in pay and benefit's (for the good of the company) Having to work every weekend and holiday if you want hours Questionable upper managment direction Having to hawk one or more items to everyone who comes in the door (the customers really enjoy hearing do you want to buy a chocolate covered cherry every time they check out HA)
