      Pros

      Customers were great at times and most managers were easy going.

      Cons

      Some department heads try to hard to be store managers and treat other associates poorly. CSM were unwilling to work with time off requests or switches in schedules if something came up making it difficult to keep part timers. Promotions are mainly based on who you know not what you can do.

      Pros

      Profit Sharing Plan was awesome at one time..It was so nice to get a Christmas Bonus, but they cut that out a couple of years ago..Health Insurance was given...Company use to be a top company to work for but over the last 10 years has gotten worse.

      Cons

      Long hours with no appreciation from upper management.....Upper management never satisfied with work ethic...It was always what else could of you done....Upper management was always concerned weekly about cutting hours to make labor....Never seem to care about employees during the holidays...Hard work never went recognized..

      Good work environment, steady full time hours, supervisor asks for preferred days off, interview and hiring process quick and straightforward

      Cons

      Low pay, upper and regional management not always understanding that customer service is more important than getting scheduled tasks done on time
