      Co-workers are wonderful. Deli/Bakery manager is awesome.

      Cons

      Foreign owned company. They chew you up & spit you out. Management could not care less about employees. Company expects employees to do work of 2 people, but pay 1/2 of what they should. I feel sorry for the poor souls who HAVE to work there; I am leaving in a week after working there for four months. I am so much better than this crappy job. This was a supplemental job to pay off some bills; I would have stayed longer if the company treated me better and the pay was equal to the work I performed. They rip their employees off. Company profits are the only priority. This company is despicable.

      Pros

      I have been a Deli employee for over 3 years and a Cake Decorator for about 6 months . I love working with the public and seeing the smiles my job puts on their face . I have wonderful support from my supervisor and great co-workers.

      Cons

      pay scale for skilled labor is way to low FL should put more money in the direction it belongs if it wishes to please its customers. Upper management is not always easy to talk to and i never feel totally supported by them. store managers need to stop thinking about their bonuses and start thinking about their employees
