      Pros

      benefits, 401k match vacations sick ect. work flexibility especially if you are management. The potential for promotion if you are willing to move or relocate. Job stability. The company gives you the tools for success, continual training.

      Cons

      Inconstant management styles, it has been said and is quite true that its who you know, and who knows you. Perception is everything, you can have all of the tools and skills but will never get promoted without playing the game. Many promotions of less qualified people at store level, The company supports the military, the company make it known at store level however rarely do stores or seem to actively promote those with the extra leadership skills. Can start employees with higher starting pay but choose not to (store level) its hard to own the business at less than $10 an hr . One bad store visit can effect your whole career potentially.

      Good hours most of the time. good people that don't mind helping you to get to the next level. ok pay but should have been more.

      Cons

      Management always seem to leave as soon as they get they're foot in the door. Don't like to take responsibility for they're screw ups either.
