Biggest issue is stress and worked to the bone. Work-life balance isn't very good, they will say they try to help with the balance but it always comes down to either choosing them or you lose hours. Chain of command and management is a joke they say they want idea from their employees but its a lie because they either pass off your idea as their own or say you idea isn't good enough and put you down for it.

Management does not care about you, your safely, well-being, or health. I say this because twice, one I was sick as a dos and knew i should not have been going to work at all tried to call out but was told to come in anyway and while three hours into working passed out in the office, and the second time as my mother was in the hospital and tired to call out but was told i still have to show and my boss didn't care if my mother was well or not because it had nothing to deal with my "physical" self, meaning if i was not hurt or dieing i was still suppose to show up.
