They will move managers to other stores instead of properly firing them for numerous HR complaints by other employees, and in some instances, promote a supervisor to another position in order to avoid having to directly supervise that employee.

Overall, HR along with district and store managers don't have the slightest clue on how to handle employees' personal issues in relation to their professional career, such as with coming out with their sexual identity or trying to receive the necessary training for the job they were hired for when that supervisor chooses to listen to their friends instead of their close supervisor and using the schedule as a weapon.
