      Pros

      I like my hours and most of my co-workers. I enjoy helping the customers and providing great customer service. I also like what I do for the most part (Specialty Merchandising Associate).

      Cons

      There is a great lack of communication throughout the store. Management is non supportive unless it benefits them. They seem to pick on some employees and others get by with everything. It is like a rumor mill, and I'm sure it's like that no matter where you go. The management is nice to you only if they want something. They tend to be sneaky at times.

      Pros

      Its all very easy work and the associates there keep you sane.

      Cons

      I am sure this is only in my store but my managers rang from childish to just here to feed the family. one manager is sweet to you one day and then cusses at you and treats you like dirt the next. also has creepy tendencies with the young girls that work there. the bad part is every one knows this and no one does anything about it.

      Measly 1% annual raises, barely matching inflation; New-hires hired at higher wages than long-time employees; Neglible advancement opportunities; Absolutely no more than 30 hours a week part-time, with some weeks even less than 30 hours; Rude customers, though this is likely to be incurred anywhere
