It's absolutely true that we went through some growing pains and still are in some areas, but since January 7, our new CEO has come in and given us motivation. His vision is focused on employee morale, building a great product and team, and open collaboration! We have weekly stand-ups with the CEO (name any other company that does this I'll wait). A complete 180 from where we were this time last year. I'm excited to be a part of such a dynamic group of individuals that are passionate about what we do and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we continue to dominate in the food industry.
