Pros

-Nice company to start your journey in the Software Development world -Friendly environment with helpful colleagues -Right code process (Development -> Review -> QA)

Cons

-Bad management and organization -Lots of legacy code (but it's something that you'll probably face in all Enterprise companies) -A will for change to the newest technologies but with really slow steps -Lack of senior colleagues-devs(just a few of them, that are not enough) -The CEO should first ask developers and then make promises to customers -Money could be better
