Pros

great coworkers, free lunch, health insurance is good.

Cons

Leadership runs the company like a game and they are BAD at it. Crazy high turnover, no raises, no promotions, constant gaslighting and empty promises. Erratic CEO and CFO.

Pros

I really appreciate how RDs here focus on what patient's really need to get qulity food on the table, vs. just lecturing them about what unhealthy food to stop eating.

Cons

Highly distributed workforce and sometimes miss seeing people in the office face to face.

Pay, benefits, unlimited PTO, meal program

Cons

CXO team is erratic, does not listen to employee input, changes strategy at a dizzying pace. Focused on making investors happy and has moved away from states mission of reducing food insecurity. Scaled teams only to layoff employees 6 months later. Evidence of poor forecasting and concern for financial stability of employees. CEO micromanages and does not focus on his scope. CFO is aggressive, rude and belittling. Average tenure is 1 year or less. Employees regularly have breakdowns over lack of resources and fire drill timelines.
