Don't believe the recent reviews

Pros

Good Product Good Health care incentive

Cons

OK so...the recent good reviews are saying that the bad reviews are spearheaded by a specific former employee. This is NOT TRUE. Those of us who were done wrong are mad for incredibly valid reasons. The company having employees post good reviews recently to up their Glassdoor score is further sheilding them from taking any type of responsibility for the way they have treated former employees. Do.Not.Believe.It.

They took a chance on me...

Pros

Despite the recent poor ratings on this site, which are a coordinated attack spearheaded by a single former employee with nothing better to do, Foot Levelers is a great place to work. Hard work is rewarded. You are not guaranteed success, but you are guaranteed the opportunity to be successful. Be engaged. Care about your job. Execute. Don't online shop your way through the day. Understand the business. When your work has to be double checked on a regular basis, you will fail (just like any other business). When you openly admit you have no idea what you're talking about, after many years on the job, you will fail. The executives took a chance on me over 5 years ago. I've been promoted twice. To this day I do not believe Foot Levelers 'owes' me anything. I continue to work hard to earn what I receive. Executives at this company do have favorites. They favor those who work to reach goals and those who don't get involved in non-business nonsense. People who are successful at this company focus on results. They understand the business. They work hard. And they are engaged in the success of the company. People who are successful at this company put in extra effort. They don't just do what's expected of them. Those who are successful are those who executives can rely on to make sound decisions and execute ideas.

Cons

I give 4 out of 5 because any company should strive to be better. Of course there are areas in which the company can improve, but Foot Levelers continually works on those areas.

Pros

Paid health care for the employee if you invest in yourself by walking a mile a day. One of the best attendance policies I have ever seen or heard about. Treated like family and we do family meals for almost every holiday. Pay is very competitive. You are able to progress with the company if you work hard. Dont believe these other bad reviews by former employees who tell half truths and flat out lie. A lot of them are just mad or upset and I hope it made them feel better, but they are just not true.

Cons

There are always areas for improvement and Foot Levelers makes a serious effort to find those areas and work on them.
