Excellent management team. Good benefits lots of opportunities to advance. Can earn free personal insurance paid if you work out in gym and stay tobacco free. Able to earn time off. Company paid cruise every 5 years. Attendance bonuses. Yes the company expects you to "drink the koolaid " but its pretty good koolaid.

High turn over in production.

Hard work is rewarded, benefits are good, company offers perks and bonuses that reward dedication and success, management continues to search for new and innovative ways to help employees' professional growth, analytics are embraced (unlike in the past), outside-the-box thinking is welcomed (again, unlike the past), employees have a better understanding of the health of the business than ever before which allows better and more effective engagement

Great schedule, flexible hours, competitive benefits; and good company culture. They give employees lunch every month, work hard to keep it fun, good management staff.

Cons

There are some quarks as it is a family owned company and is privately held. They can be very cheap at times.
