None. There are zero pros to working here, unless you enjoy being treated like you’re expendable.
Cons
Too many to name. To start, it’s a bizarre culture with lots of mantras, etc. CEO runs through people at an alarming rate so there’s high turnover. Micromanagement is rampant. Disrespectful “feedback”—it’s always personal. They’ll make you feel like you’re the problem when they can’t keep anyone with self worth. Low pay, poor benefits. Just read the reviews.
