Pros

-Team members are wonderful people that are easy to work with. -Traveling and work experience is very valuable. -Large company with small business feel. - Decent vacation time and ability to earn extra days off. -This job may be worth it, for a time, but seriously understand what you are walking into.

Cons

-Very irreverent to work/life balance. Expectations are to work over with no pay (especially salaried employees) and to be available at all times. Especially over weekends. There is no comp time for travelers and working from home might as well be a crime. Expect to work more than 40 hours regularly if you are salary. - Human Resources is a joke. HR is the head of every bit of gossip that runs through the office and is rarely available or useful. Very limited positive experiences with HR, they are unhelpful and uneducated on benefits, policies, 401k, insurance etc. Many people have repeated issues/concerns with insurance or 401k and it takes months to resolve. -Micromanaging is rampant. Managers are not allowed to supervise their employees and make effective decisions because HR/Upper level management is checking in constantly and changing the direction of small projects. Time clocks are watched for salary employees, you are to badge swipe in and out of the building. There is constant passive aggressive scrutiny and -There is no clear corporate direction or guidance, on purpose. As an employee, you will be set up to fail because your job will change and have tasks added repeatedly without compensation. The environment is incredibly unstable. - The compensation discrepancy are vast across the company. Many departments have received substantial pay increases (presumably because of extremely high turnover) while other departments are severely underpaid with no end in sight. This company will cut corners on payroll however they can. -Everything is urgent, all of the time. Because the direction changes so frequently there is no planning and foresight, everyone has to be in a rush and upper level management expects tasks to be accomplished in an unreasonable timeline.
