None. There are zero pros to working here, unless you enjoy being treated like you’re expendable.

Cons

Too many to name. To start, it’s a bizarre culture with lots of mantras, etc. CEO runs through people at an alarming rate so there’s high turnover. Micromanagement is rampant. Disrespectful “feedback”—it’s always personal. They’ll make you feel like you’re the problem when they can’t keep anyone with self worth. Low pay, poor benefits. Just read the reviews.

From top down everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and a breath of fresh air. There is an onsite gym and a wellness program that is very generous, allowing you to earn time off, extra money, and free health insurance. There are a lot of fun activities such as company family lunches, and fun dress days. The company cares about their employees and has a great healthy environment where you can grow and succeed.

Cons

The company has a great reputation and makes a wonderful product, so there is mandatory overtime.
