Hard work is rewarded, benefits are good, company offers perks and bonuses that reward dedication and success, management continues to search for new and innovative ways to help employees' professional growth, analytics are embraced (unlike in the past), outside-the-box thinking is welcomed (again, unlike the past), employees have a better understanding of the health of the business than ever before which allows better and more effective engagement

Sometimes there is an urge to go back to ways of the past, mood can sometimes get manic and/or panicked,

Pros

Air Conditioned factory, Great employees. Great work out gym for all employees to use, good location close to the bus route.

Cons

Recent changes were bad for employees. Some very good people were let go with no explanation. The culture is here today gone tomorrow. You can never have any job security when this happens. Have had several "lay offs" without admitting them. People are just "gone" . Absent owner has no idea of what is going on. Executive management have affairs with co-workers and nothing is done about it. Extremely low starting pay.

Travel. Cheapest travel possible but travel.

Cons

Dollars to hours their travel is absolutely not worth it especially considering their pay. As a well rounded employee you will only be asked to be everything so never volunteer. General business principles and standards are as the wind blows and changes according to the whims of management.
