Pros

Discount on shoes. Met some cool new people.

Cons

Where to begin. Pretty much everything. If you value a work/life balance, do not work here. They are very demanding and want you to bleed everything you have for them without any compensation, or thanks. You get treated like you are stupid for not being trained properly/not knowing something you were never taught. Higher ups tell you they'll be at your store at a certain time, then have no respect and come in hours late and expect you to be there no matter what. They will also nit pick and blow up on the smallest things and never leave you with a positive impression. Everything is terrible all the time, no matter how hard you work. Also the pay is atrocious, even if you have years of experience.
