I guess it would be the employee discount on the merchandise

Cons

Impossible to get a lot hours unless you're a shark seller

Pros

good pay if your in school. the more you sell the more you make.

Cons

can be very stressful when people are always trying to steal your sale. If you plan on making this as your career do not get in as a part time worker as it is very difficult to be hired full time once you get there.

Lot of trainings in sales, customer service and product knowledge. very professional. Good salary and benefits as retirement plans and health insurance.
