Hard working

Pros

Discounts on shoes. Bonus plan makes it possible to make some real money. Contests during BTS and holiday season gives added incentive to do well. Annual meetings features awards night where managers can get recognized for their efforts for the year.

Cons

Bonus plan changes from year to year. Currently based over budgets, which are controlled by H.O. So if they decide to make your budgets higher, the less bonus you make.
