Pros

Discount is better than most. You will learn how to meet and exceed sales goals. It can be a fun atmosphere if you like dealing with customers. Loved trying on all of the new sneakers when they arrived.

Cons

As a part timer for ten years I have realized that Foot Locker has no loyalty as a company. They hire and fire employees like a revolving door. The benefits are terrible. If you are not full time you do not get any benefit besides the discount (and in some cases the 401K plan). The customers are like all customers..sometimes wonderful, but at other times impossible to please.

Pros

The fast paced environment, the shoes, the customers, and the people who you work with in most cases.

Cons

The upper management is ignorant of those below them. The people who make them look good are not praised in any way, just overworked.
