Pros

No education is needed. You can move up from an assistant manager to managers anywhere fro 1-3 years depending on the relationship with your manager and wheter your manager is highly regarded by your district manager. Progression as a manager can be great if other managers quit are let go you can get promoted quit easily. Suppy and Demand basically.

Cons

As a manager there are times you can work anywhere up to 70hrs. Your are required to only work 35 hrs but communication is sent out to work 45 to 52 hours on a weekly basis. It is not a stable company to start and keep a career if you have a family. If upper management is not fond of you they will try their best to make you in violation of the most minute policy to discontinue your career.
