It really means a lot that you spent so much time with us and were able tto be part of that high-energy environment, especially during product launches and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into them. That's a big part of what makes the experience memorable. I also hear what you're saying around scheduling, time off, and the demands during peak seasons. That side of the role can be a lot, especially over time. Thank you for sharing your experience so honestly, adn for everything you contributed while you were here!

Catered lunches and a great team is such a good combo, I’m glad you had that kind of environment! It sounds like you genuinely enjoyed your time overall. I also hear what you’re saying about communication and expectations, it can be tough when you aren't in alignment. Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

Glad to hear the team and managers made a positive impact, that really shapes the day to day experience. I also understand how frustrating it can be when you have to chase pay or hours, that’s something that should feel straightforward. Thanks for being real about both sides!
