      Pros

      Great industry training. Management allowed for internal employees to be pretty autonomous and there was minimal micro-management. Very strong commission structure and large, lucrative deals. Management did a good job of implementing micro-goal reward program to keep daily metrics up. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Business development needs improvement. "Hot" job orders were few and far in between.

      Pros

      The corporate culture centers around a positive team environment with each individual having an important role in the company's success. The recruiting and sales team have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and the potential for growth is huge. The work is challenging and always varied so things stay interesting, and it's great to have control over your own success.

      Cons

      The recruiting business can be "up and down" and things can be a grind when you're working on a difficult job. You just have to push through it.
