      Pros

      Forbright has been very welcoming since I started in October. They have a lot of training modules to help you understand banking if you are not coming from that field of experience. Everyone has been very open door and willing to help if you get stuck in your work. Manager check ins every week have been very helpful as well as weekly Department check ins for projects and on-going tasks within the group. I feel very included with my whole team and I am really glad I joined this group!

      Pros

      Brilliant admins and great network design. Service desk and cyber folks are absolute champs!

      Cons

      Performance is judged based on entirely arbitrary due dates as opposed to quality of work product. Using sick days will get you fired. Management doesn’t stay focused long enough to communicate needs and changes to high level planning. There is no priority rating for tasks, so you will be yelled at for throwing a minor thing to back burner to focus on a more pressing item, once again based on entirely arbitrary dates.

Our leadership team values work-life balance and encourages employees to use all 20 days of PTO throughout the year. We provide flexibility with work schedules with the expectation that our employees will get the job done as we are all working together to ensure the Bank's success. During this exciting time of growth, we are always looking to make improvements to our processes through internal working committees and our communication with quarterly town halls, monthly brunch and learns and company newsletters.
